Does putting eyeliner on your top lid, bottom lid, or both make your eyes look bigger and bolder?

If you put eyeliner on the top lid, your eyes become alittle smaller. If you put the eyeliner on the bottom lid, that makes your eyes pop. Also, apply some mascara on your top and bottom lashes. This will also pop your eyes out more. ♥

To make your eyes look "bigger and bolder" put it on the top and on the bottom of your lashes.

i have big brown eyes and i put it on top, and on bottom on top of the lashes. [color of liner - black]
IF YOU HAVE BLUE EYES: do a thin line on the top OR only the bottom, do it a dark navyu blue color.
GREEN EYES: do it the same as the brown eyes, but use a BROWN colored liner.
making your eyes look bigger and bolder, you should do it the brown eyes way. no matter what color your eyes are.

When you put eyeliner on your top lid it actually makes your eyes apper smaller. People with big eyes do that. If you have small eyes, I wouldn't suggest it.

I would think both lids, because the black around your eyes would attract more attention, making your eyes seem more colorful.
