molly008 answered Saturday August 12 2006, 3:58 pm: i have a fish tank with one fish and a turtle so yes turtles can. i sugges a little baby turtle but remember turtles get to be bigger so maybe take the turtle to a lake when it gets to big and let it go. unless you get a smaller turtle. if you want a turtle in there then get a ledge at the pet store for turtles. it has suction cups on it so it sticks to the fish tanks wall. hope i helpes =] [ molly008's advice column | Ask molly008 A Question ]

XkittyOkatX answered Saturday August 12 2006, 2:54 pm: I wouldn't suggest that. I wanted a turtle when we had our tank, and turtles would need a fairly large land area, and like the others said, the turtle would end up eating the fish if they got too close.
isis answered Saturday August 12 2006, 1:21 pm: The turtles would possibly eat smaller fish. The other problem is that turtles need a land area, fish don't. However I have included a couple of web sites that can give you more information.
