Even If you have an Abortion you can get pregnant again. It may be harder but it is very much possible because my mother had an Abortion & Awhile after having the Abortion she now has five kids.

As long as you have an abortion before the 3 month deadline and have it done by a reputable doctor who knows what they are doing, it should not affect your ability to concieve. There are also different types of abortion so talk it over with your doctor to decide which is best for you.

Abortions can cause scaring inside the uterus or the top of cervix and scaring like that will make it more difficult or impossible to conceive and more difficult to give birth.
Not all abortions will cause that scaring though, and a doctor can check for most of the damage easily. Many women have normal, healthy pregnancies after abortions.

It is possible to have a baby after an abortion but sometimes it can make it more difficult to conceive. Occasionally there are complications during the procedure that cause lasting damge and problems.
