yes, I would imagine that tacos are good for you since they have such a variety of foods from all of the food groups (cheese, tortilla, tomato/lettuce, beef or chicken) but unless you make them yourself, you can't ensure that what you're eating isn't full of fat or salt. Also, if you like salsa, spicy foods can boost your metabolism a bit, so add some hot sauce and enjoy!

Tacos are awesome if you make them yourself at home. Be sure to buy shells that are low fat (or fat free) and high fiber if you can. Add chicken breast (not ground beef) fresh vegitables and salsa. Try it with low fat cheese and fat free sour cream. It's healthy and even taste better then taco bell.

if you mean tacos from taco bell--then no.
but I'm sure if they're homade and you check the ingrediants, they're actually pretty nutriscious.

depends on what kind of tacos. if you load it with sour cream and cheese and greasy meat and stuff, then no. but if you put veggies on it and use lean meat and little or no sour cream or whatever, then it would be healthier.

It depends on how you eat them. If you don't load them with meat & sour cream, they should be fine. [:

No, definitely not. You can reduce the damage by making sure the beef used in them is like 95% lean and you use a whole wheat tortilla but in my opinion they don't belong as a staple in any good diet.

Hard shell tacos are better for you than soft shell, but I am not sure it they are GOOD for you...probably.
