Guys usually stop growing in height at around 20, but we don't fill out into our grown men physiques until we're about 25. As for supplementing your growth, not much you can do bud...a lot of it is genetic.

There is nothing you can do, and you are probably close to your maximun height. You might grow up to another inch or so, but now is the time to start accepting it.

Most guys continue to grow until about age 20. A balanced diet is the most important. So you need fruits, veggies, meat and dairy.

My 21 year old son is the tallest in our family. He's 6'4" and grew a couple of more inches since age 18.

I contribute this to all the milk that he drank as a child and a teenager. I think it's the growth hormones that they feed to the cows!

Here's a tool to predict how tall you will be.

Bahhh don't listen to the people that are saying you already finished growing. I don't know how you can get taller but guys don't stop growing until 21 or 22--ask your doctor. My cousin was 5'7 his senior year of high school and now he's 6'0. Just hang in there. Calcium makes your bones stronger, which is good, but I doubt anything will actually make you grow. Compare your height to men in both sides of your family; you should fall around the same height.

I dont believe there is any way to get taller. there is plastic surgery where you can get streched but it is extremely painfull, and it takes a year to heal. dont think you wanna do that. if you go to google and type in something about how to get taller, pills that make you taller, and things like that you might get something but I doubt it would work. big waste of money in my opinion.

"Boys and girls usually continue to grow until they are 14-16 years old, but this depends on when they started puberty."

EDIT
dont try any pills or any drugs/medicine to try and make you grow...as i said before, it depends when you started puberty....just try to accept your height, its not going to change
