substitutes for meat

what are some different food choices that are high in protein but arent meat? i dont like eating meat very much except for chicken which i have all the time and an occasional cheeseburger.

Peanut butter is a GREAT substitute. You can put it on almost everything like... apples, crackers, etc. Eggs are great too. Try soft boiled eggs on french bread. Yum! These also give you a lot of energy. Trust me, they do.

Nuts have a lot of protien in it.Penuts have 8 grams of protien per 1/4 cup.Nuts like almonds,cashew,and stuff like that are very high in protien.Rice has protien but not that much,it has 4 grams per 1/4 cup.

Beans, beans, the musical fruit. Soybeans are particularly protein-rich, so eat lots of tofu (if you can stand it - I can't!)

Eggs, nuts, and dairy products also have high amounts of protein.
