i'm 15, i way around 115 pounds, i'm a size 3-4 in jeans, i think my butt is way too big for my body, i have a bunch of stomach and thigh fat, and i'm only 5'2. sometimes i feel like i don't have enough confidence or self esteem because of all these issues i have with myself. i'm 5'2 with a big butt, i no that sounds funny but i need to get rid of it. if i was taller then my butt wouldn't look so big. but i'm short and i have a small head plus my legs are HUGE and i'm a size 4 in jeans! please give me some advice on how to lose weight as fast as possible especially in the stomach, butt and thigh section thank you

And i'm here to say there ain't nothing wrong with having a bootie.Guys like a girl with thick legs nice bootie and nice curves.no boy wants a flat as an iorning board girl. BE PROUD. believe or not your average.Girls with big botties range of the sizes of 7-15 jeans. lol dont worry im here with you and out of total confidence i like how i look.. and you should too.hunny if u think you have weight issues i think you should meet some of my friends who are 5'2 n where a size 16 in women. don't worry some girls aren't meant to be toothpicks.

Laf16 answered Friday July 28 2006, 11:15 am: well it really does not sound like you are fat... but i am a huge fitness girl.. and if you want to shed a couple pounds and make your stomach smaller.. i can help.. well i would get a med ball and do different types of sittups (side crunches, suitcase crunches, leg raises, extend your legs in the air and touch your toes, two count sittups, or anything that would keep tension on your abbs).. i like to do them while watching tv.. and keep going when you feel the burn that will deffinatly flatten your stomach and you will be on your way to a six pack... for the butt and legs.... running can help a ton.. when you run you break down your muscle in your legs.. if you lift weights after you run you will build tone... if you want smaller legs i would run... for the butt... lay on your side and do leg lifts... most important thing is to keep tention on your butt the hole time... k another thing that can help you is to stretch... when you stretch your muscles get longer and leaner.. and you will have alot more tone... ok then to help even more... when you are hungry reach for some fruite (i love peaches and bananas).. if you take in less calories than you burn you will lose weight... also drink more water than soda.. you will feel better.. i tend to think soda can make me feel bloated (big stomach)... but trust me on the workouts.. kaylalove12 answered Friday July 28 2006, 9:49 am: ok so one way to make your thighs smaller is to run try starting out with an easy mile and then work your way to around a hard two miles... not only will your thinghs get smaller... but they will also get more muscle. now for your stomach... try doing sit- ups. now for your butt... i read this in a mag. that if you want the perfect bikini butt(which is around what your asking)try standing up straight, shoulders back, and breath in throught your nose and out throught your mouth... then bend your keens and go as low as you feel comfortable with you back straight. do 3 sets of 10 to start out with and once you feel ready... do more!!!
fantasmatranoi answered Friday July 28 2006, 9:45 am: I agree that with Tulipg17 on that one, it isn't a size where you should feel you need to lose weight, and big bums ARE in style right now, though if you are still unhappy with the way you look, I suggest finding some form of exercise you could do weekly, like swimming - which is great for toning up a lot of areas on your body. Replacing snacks with fruit would also make a good impact. Don't try and diet dramatically, as weight does not stay off this way, just adjust your habits little by little. Although there's nothing you can do to change your height, try wearing wedges or high heels (it is summer, afterall), just to give you a little confidence boost in the meantime =) Hope this helps. There are alot of methods that could help you lose weight, and i have answered similar questions before, thats why i will help you:
1- You should go everyday to the club in the early morning and run the track, then go to the gym. And at the gym, you should consult a trainer to help you and show you the exercises which would keep you fit and make you lose weight.
2- You should also get used to going for walks, because it really helps.
3- There are those exercise machines that could be used to help lose weight
4- you shouldn't eat junk food at all, or anything that contains carbohydrates or fats.
5- consult a doctor to make you a healthy food plan consisting of the four food groups
6- When you wake up every morning, make sure to do stretches and some exercises, to keep fit and energetic
7- If you feel very hungry or in need for junk food or anything, just drink plenty of water, and you won't feel hungry anymore.
I think thats all i can advise you with now, but if you need anything else, you could refer back to my advice column, and you may find other suggestions. But if you try and consider working on these tips, and if you take it seriously,then you will lose the weight you want in less than a month. But these tips work only with the stomach, yet i am not sure about the butt an thight part.
