Anybody have job ideas?
I am a thirteen year old female and I have tried babysitting, petsitting, house sitting, house work, and pretty much everything. I dont have much money and I would like to start making some (I dont get allowance either) so anyways my point is, is there any jobs that I can get anywhere or do I have to be fourteen? Like can I get a job at a small shop or something?

I am also a thirteen year old girl, and I babysit. I have never tryed to work at a small shop or anything, so I don't know if you could do that, but maybe you could go around asking small shops, and whatnot how old you have to be to work for them, that's what I would do.

Well, what you could do is start some kind of business yourself, as in: lawn mowing, watering plants for neighbours or even working at a part-time job like at McDonalds or somewhere to start off an easy job for your age. If you don't think my advice is very successful, I just wanna tell you that i'm only 13 years old so...I hope hope you come through with my advice! Good Luck!

I was just like you doing all those things for money but I had to buy my own cloths and shoe all my mom did was buy my school supplies, well it is hard being 13 trying to look for a job but where I from there a place called I forgot but my mom takes me there to get a job when I went there I got a job @ the boyz and girlz club. u can write back to me if you want to find out the place but I really depends on where you live if you live and austin I can tell you, just write back and I'll ask my mom

There is pretty much no where that you can get a job!
In most states you need to be atleast 15 at the youngest. Even then you'll have a hard time finding a job.
Anyways, pretty much what you are doing now (babysitting,house sitting, etc) is the only thing that you can do.

you might be able to find a place where you can answer phones and stuff. maybe check a doctor. a dentist or maybe some other office where you can answer phones

I don't know where the 15 and a half came from...
In most states you need to be 14 before you can be an employee and 16 before you can handle other people's cash...
Anyways, it sounds to me like you are doing all the right things. The only real exceptions to the age rule are if you work for a place like a summer camp, or if you work for a small family business. So unless you can find a job like that, you'll just need to keep doing what you are doing.
Keep it at though, you certainly have the right idea. Try a bunch of things, be open-minded, and always be looking for work.

no actually you have to be atleast 15 1/2
those are the only jobs you would be able to get, and thats pushing it as well.
i myself am 14 7/8 and havent had a job
you can volunteer, and possible ask to get paid on the side for you're hard work
