Nutritional drinks.
I'm going to the store tomorrow to get some.
Its my choice, but I'm getting some to help me gain weight.
I'm really skinny in my arms and legs and have a high metabolism.
Will they work? Are they healthy?
And like do you know any that are really good?
ANYTHING is appreciated.

If you're talking about Ensure or Slim Fast and stuff like that then that's automatically ruled out. On the other hand, protein powder supplements make an excellent fully nutritional meal replacement and depending on how you make them, can be used as a good snack to complement a fat loss or weight gain program. I recommend EAS Designer Whey for this and the chocolate flavor is best. Mix a scoop or 2 of that in a blender with whole milk, some reduced calorie chocolate ice cream, chocolate Cool Whip and ice and you have a very nutritional shake that really tastes great. Make sure you continue to eat a balanced diet as well and it is always good to talk to a doctor if you haven't already. [ Tulipg17's advice column | Ask Tulipg17 A Question ]
