Vitamin Water is not what it claims to be really. It doesn't do anything to recharge you like the fancy label says it does, it just gives you a little sugar jolt that comes and goes. If you really want vitamins in liquid form, get a liquid multivitamin since the concentration is much higher and better for you. Stick to water, you're way better off. But most of them contain carbs, sodium, or calories.. and most of the time sugar. It also has artifical preservatives, which can also be bad for you. So, Vitamin water is good for you and your body, however, it is always best to drink regular water.
