i know im not lik FAT, but im fatter than some people, and i keep eating and eating but im working at a camp where i waslk lik all day bt i dont seem to be losing weight, and my thighs are fat majorr turn off..any ideas>

That will help you stay in shape and keep healthy, also loose the weight you want off. Eat foods that are healthy for you and aren't high in fat and calories. Don't eat after 8PM. ALWAYS eat breakfast. Drink a lot of water; anywhere between 6-8 glasses, a day. Then, after supper (everyday, or so), just go for a little walk. Then, before bed, do some excercises. i am doing this thing called the fruit diet it really is working for me. Also you can do squats to get your thighs thinner about 2 sets of 30 at a time.
