All really good answers so far so I won't repeat them instead I will just add that you should make sure you are getting a full nights rest. Lack of sleep can lower your immune system which will of course increase your chances of getting sick. If you already feel like you're getting sick take two Vitamin C tablets (time release if available) for a few days, that will give your immune system a boost and should hopefully stop it from getting worse, that always works for me. Some people say to use echinacea but be careful with that, especially when taking other medications it can interfere with them and even reverse the intended effects. Here's to good health cheers!

eat fully cooked food. meat with no red juices or pink meat. warm up the milk to your cereal. steemed vegetables r always good, and washing your fruit and salads is good too. dont share drinks directly with people. for example if someone has some starbucks coffe with the lid they sip on and u want some, take off the lid and sip from the cup. take out the straw and flip it over if your sharing a soda or something. wash your hands before you eat, or carry around hand sanitizer if you cant. sneeze and cough on your elbow. remeber to drink things with antioxidants and vitamin c. i do all of this and ive never had a sick day in my life
