Iam sorry but at 75 lbs there is no way that the fat in your armpit area is anything to worry about or even noticeable especially since I'll bet any amount that you're a female. You gotta lift weights, run and eat healthy...nothing special just a sound foundation with a little knowledge and a lot of discipline.

All you really have to do is just watch what you eat and go out for walks. That will help you stay in shape and keep healthy. Eat foods that are healthy for you and aren't high in fat and calories. Don't eat after 8PM. ALWAYS eat breakfast. Drink a lot of water; anywhere between 6-8 glasses, a day. Then, after supper (everyday, or so), just go for a little walk. ♥

if you're 75 pounds you need to be either gaining weight or some serious muscle.
i would try running to get some leg muscle, and do crunches and pushups to just build some muscle and hopefully itll give more weight

and u could build up muscles by running like 4 ex. playing basketball your running, strecthing and sweating also having fun @ the same time and building up muscle.
But if you want to exercise try doing csince your not fat and really don't need to lose weight you should probably play a sport that you like it's about the same thing as exercising your just having fun @ the same time runchs and push up

Look at this weight chart.

If you are above the height of 4foot10 then you need to see a doctor and gain weight.

I would suggest situps and pushups.
Your doctor can tell you good exercises that would help you get into good shape.
