my eyes are too small and my lips are too big.
I'm thirteen and my eyes are really small, and my lips are very big, which is not a good combination. Is there any way to make my eyes looks bigger and make my lips look smaller? (Without surgery please, haha)

Well, I was watching an episode of What Not To Wear, and the girls' eyes were really small, so to bring them out and make them appear and look bigger they put eyeliner and mascara. It really worked, so I think it will work for you. As for your lips, try wearing clear or light colored lipglosses that won't bring as much attention to them, and at the same time making them look smaller.

Get your eye brows done and tell the person doing them about your eyes being small and then they can shape your eyebrows to help make the illusion that your eyes are bigger. Wear colors that will bring out your eyes and wear clear lipgloss.

What you need to do is wear nude lip gloss (if any) and dark eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara. If wearing dark eye make up isn't for you, than try wearing colors that compliment your eyecolor. Well, people say that eyeliner makes my eyes look bigger. Make sure that it isn't too dark though, because dark eyeliner can make your eyes look smaller. Use blues, browns, grays, and sometimes greens a purples. Wear eye shadow that goes with your eyecolor. Make sure you don't put to much on:

Now, I do NOT know of a way to make your lips look smaller. People would probably kill to have your lips, so I'd say keep em the way you are. If you make your eyes look bigger, they will look great with your eyes.

hmm well if you wear makeup you could try showing off your eyes. wearing eyeliner, and mascara (dont forget to curl your eyelashes) will make your eyes seem bolder, and dont wear anything on your lips to bring the attention to your eyes and maybe that will even it out.
