Infact, i've had a great deal of sucess once i started working out on a regular basis loosing 4 pounds so far. Also, drink some green tea before bed it's not just a great way to increase your metabolism but research shows it fights harmful dieseases. GOOD LUCK!!

just_ask_me answered Wednesday July 19 2006, 4:47 pm: Working out is a very good way to increase metabolism. I go to the gym a few times a week and noticed my metabolism sped up quite a bit. Make sure you don't just lay around all the time and just get going! Do even little things to help yourself, instead of taking an elevator - take the stairs. Remember to eat healthy too, like vegetables & fruit. [ just_ask_me's advice column | Ask just_ask_me A Question ]
