Garden on Fire Tonight my dad mistakenly caught part of the family garden on fire. Does it have a chance of coming back. If so, how do I take care of them(cucumbers, shuck peas, and watermelon). If you don't know don't answer. Also please try to use correct grammer or I'll mark low. If you tried then its fine.
No hard feelings

Stupid plant killer...
I know. It's annoying when people are like HeGy! ~WuOTz CRArCkiN MuH HOwMeY J!~
Uhh, I don't think it will, unless you re-plant it. ]
Your garden will come back. Your soil will be fine because the fire won't burn the nutrients out of the soil. However, your plants that are only annual aren't likely to be saved if they were burnt.
Your fruit and vegetables might have a chance if they weren't damaged in the fire. If they were damaged, you will have to try to plant a new garden for late harvest. Then care for it as usual.
To look on the bright side, fire will burn up seeds that grow weeds, causing a little less work in keeping your garden clean. ]
Using a tiller and/or replacing the soil with fresh soil will help. Also as far as taking care of the vegetables it would be the same as you had been doing before. Good luck. :) ]
Well that happened to me before.
By the nest year once everythign recovered(this was a very big fire by the way) stuff was growing and better then ever.
SO just take care of the soil and maybe replant some pre-grown plants and the garden should be great and up and running within a few weeks. ]
Actually your garden will more likely come back but within just weeks or months. But just to be safe try getting rich gardening soil and new plants and flowers to help fasten the process. For the cucumbers, peas, and watermelon, buy some more seeds and plant them. Sometimes they can come back by remaining survived seeds in the soil, as well. ]
