im meeting my boyfriends friends and we're all hanging out at this theme park where we're prolly going to hang out at the water park for most of the time and i need to lessen all this flubber by then!
if it helps... im 16 and im 5'' yes im pretty short lol
and i weigh 107 lbs...soo any advice on this would be great...thanks so mucch
Also try not to diet or starve yourself too much because your body will go into "starvation" mode and you will actually gain some weight, and retain water.. which will make you look bigger.
Mollysie answered Sunday July 16 2006, 7:50 pm: Well it seems like you don't need to loose any weight, your almost to skinny! But if you really feel like getting toned that I recomend eatting less high calorie foods. Don't stop eatting all together, just try to stay away from foods like pasta, and breads. Do at least 100 crunches a day. Try in the ten days to get yourself into a schedule, then every day try to get maybe 10 more crunches than you did before. Be sure to keep yourself hydrated, I don't know where you live but here in this summer heat it is important to drink lots of water! :D Good Luck! Remember your in perfect weight right now, you don't need to loose! [ Mollysie's advice column | Ask Mollysie A Question ]
