when you lose 5-6 pounds you dont really notice it do you?
*i weighed myself today cuz im dieting and trying to lose weight but i noticed i was 5-6 pounds lighter but i dont look it at least i think* so do you think you should see a difference?

Then i realized my clothes didnt fit anymore (to big). So its probably that you haven't noticed or you lost it in a place you haven't looked at yet (nothing private just a place you haven't noticed). Or your scale could be broken and you never lost weight or gained any. Don't worry about it right now, once you lose more weight it will be way more noticable. Also you look at yourself every day so it's alot harder for you to notice then it would be for someone who hasn't seen you for a week or so.
