Um...why cant i do it

I need some inspiration.....Its embarrising to get a friend to help me lose weight im 5'2 and i weigh 117lbs please tell me how to get in the mood to lose weight!!?!?!!?! Thanx XOXOX

5'2"...117 Pounds? Why do you need to lose weight? Im 5'3" and I weigh 110 Pounds. Your weight is perfectly healthy for your height.

But if you are dead set on losing weight, do it safely. Eat healthy foods and take walks/runs with a friend. Ask them to help you keep an eye on what you eat when you are with them.

But seriously, you dont really need to diet...you're fine how you are!

sweety, you should be embarrassed if you're 5'2, 117 lbs and you want to lose weight because you are freakin skinny. listen, you are healthy, you dont need to drop any lbs. but if you feel out of shape then do some toning exercises like crunches, you can do them while you are watching tv, or put a walkman on and go running. but seriously, you dont need to lose any weight.

Well all you need to do is think of how badly you want to lose that weight! Just keep thinking of what the end result will be and you'll get yourself pumped up to lose weight. Just think of how bad you wanna lose weight, and that all you need to do is workout and eat better & healthier, and you'll be losing some weight in no time. =) Another thing, 5'2 & 117 lbs. DEFINITELY isn't overweight at all, but if you still want to lose some weight, it could be unhealthy to lose anymore than 15 or 20 pounds, so be careful! & good luck! =D HOPE I HELPED! [♥]

You should never be embarresed to ask a friend for help! They should be more than happy to help you out! To lose some weight, really push yourself to reach your goals! Maybe go on walks with your friends or family, and eat healthier. Only eat 3 meals a day, and not too many snacks, but when eating snacks, eat fruits or vegies! You'll see improvment! Also, I think being 5'2 and weighing 117lbs is not bad at all! It sounds like the exact weight and height! But if you really want to lose some weight, you may do so! I hope my advice has helped you!
