You cant help chemical disorders, they can be fixed. Best to you.

openthefridge answered Wednesday July 5 2006, 8:43 am: Wow, im very sorry to hear about that. How horrible it must feel to be treated like that....
i know what you feel like though, ive been teased many times, but you know what? its just part of growing up. Everyone grows through it, and we all deal with it in different ways..
Killing yourself will not solve anything, as you'll be ending your life before its barely begun! THere are many people you can talk to about this, such as childrens helplines, or a therapists, which you are already doing. If this doesnt help, there are many books on dealing with disorders, and how to help them. Talk to your parents about buying a few of them, and maybe that might help.
There are also things that can take your mind off your disorders, such as sports, and reading books and watching tv. If you get involved in something you really enjoy, soon you will start to feel really good about yourself!
good luck hun
♥

jumadel answered Tuesday July 4 2006, 7:28 am: Hi, you could go on google and type in something like ADD and find out about it. Also you could go and see a Psychiatrist. They specialise in mental health issues. If things get really bad then you will need to tell someone what is making you feel so bad or down. There must be a reason why your feeling this way. Get to the point of that reason and work on it step by step. Talk to a Psychiatrist about maybe starting medication. Talking to people helps, if not alot. Go to the library and get books on it. haloguy answered Tuesday July 4 2006, 2:32 am: Although you have a hard life, it's still worth living. Trust me, although you feel horrible now one day you if you continue with the therapy you will feel a lot better, and you'll look back on this time and be extremely glad you didn't kill yourself. It may seem like there's no other solution now, but later on it will get better so just focus on the positives in your life and know things will get better. chakra answered Monday July 3 2006, 6:08 pm: I can help a little bit with things to do, i suffer from mental illnesses too including depression, social phobia, agoraphobia and panic and anxiety attacks so i know how important is is that you keep your mind occupied as being bored makes the depression 10 times worse and can bring it on.
When i'm feeling panicy or depressed or i'm in a situation that i know will bring these feeling on, i have my comfort things around me which are also distractions to eas these feelings and make me forget about them.
Videos and dvd's are very important to me because TV is always a good distraction, and if theres nothing on tv then you always have stuff you can watch to take your mind of how you are feeling. I tend to tape alot of programs off tv to watch at a later date, i have alot of friends epidodes on video and dvd which are also my "comfort videos" because they are easy watching.
Also you could try magazines, puzzle books, reading, i like being creative so if you do too then you could draw, paint, makle collages which will be a great distraction but you can also express how you feel and keep hem to decorate your bedroom with.
you could make jewelly, maybe play out with your friends, when i was your age i used to love playing football just in the street with my friends, you go go shopping, to the cinema, make jewellry, join forums for people with mental health problems so you can interact with people who know what you are going through and who wont judge you because they have similar problems.
You may also want to concider seeing a different therapist, someone you like, i've had loads of different kinds of therapy too so you may want to look into what other kinds there are or something more fun like art therapy x [ chakra's advice column | Ask chakra A Question ]
holahayley56 answered Monday July 3 2006, 4:40 pm: We took a special class in this. Suicide is not the way to go, please don't do it. You may not realize it, but sooo many people care about you. Some good things to do, is get active. Join sports, or dance, or something. Hang out constantly with friends, laugh alot. Just enjoy yourself. Try to not think about all the problems you have, & think about how lucky you are.. that you don't have it worse. I hope everything gets better! beachbarbie721 answered Monday July 3 2006, 3:47 pm: you have to remember that suicide is NOT the answer. Sure, you'll be leaving your problems behind but you'll also leave everyone who cares about you behind in pain and loss. You just ned to find people that understand why you're the way you are and love you anyways. And dont give up hope...because there's plenty out there. you might even try to find the ones that deal with the same thing you do. I think you should keep seeing your therapist..because like you said...any little thing can help. I also think that medication might not be such a bad idea. It could help a lot. I have friends who deal with some of the same things you do and they take medication and it seems to help them. Anyways dont stop trying and never stop hoping.
Hope that helped.

Tulipg17 answered Monday July 3 2006, 3:21 pm: If you genuinely have these symptoms then you need to be medicated, simple as that. Continue to see your theapist because that kind of therapy takes awhile to see benefits. Tell your family to demand medication for you- you might have to see a phychiatrist though.
