- Call your friends and ask them if they want to go to a local cafe/coffeehouse and just catch up on things.
- Go see a local band play.
- Go to the library. I went there a couple of days ago and they had some magazines and I looked at some books and relaxed on the big comfy couch. xDD
- Your local library can have an 'open mic' sorta thing where you can discuss books that you've read and share your favorite/least favorite moments, ect.
- Go to your city/state's official site and look for some activities happening in the local park, like Jazz festivals, fourth of July parades, ect.
- Go to a gokart place or minigolf with your younger/older brother/sister or your cousins.
- Go to a crafts site and look for a bunch of different things that you can do with old items that you don't need, and redecorate them. Such as: old pillowcases, decorate a lampshade from an old, antique lamp sitting in a box in the basement, ect.
- Walk your dog at the local park.
- Ride your bike.

But if you want to meet new friends, you can audition or help with a play, or (if you go to church) help out with Vacation Bible School, or join a summer sport team, like soccer. Get involved in your community and you will have a ton of friends in no time!

You now have billions of things to do. Find some games online to play. Or if you would rather be active, go outside and just enjoy it yourself.
Go out and make new friends, because it sounds like the friends you have...aren't good friends at all because they will be friends with you during the school year, but yet won't talk to you in the summer.
Just my 2 cents. There are literally hundreds of things to do outside and billions of things to do on the Net. Pick something that you want to do and go with it.
