arms plz.!!!!!! ok well i have flab under my arm and i was wondering what can i do to get rid of it and what are some workouts that help the whole body like swimming, and what can i do to tone my inner thighs. plz help im really fat, and i hate it. ill rate 5s

i'd say swim alot- its summer so it'll feel good. also try lifting weights, a little at a time. make sure you're not eating junk ALL the time & yuu'll be good. you can do sit up and push ups like 50 a night, before you go to bed. i did that for a while and it worrked grreattt. ;) good luuckk! hope i helppeeeddd but i've never really had that probb.

Well you can do push ups or dips. Also you can get weights and bend over a bit with you arms bended at your sides and then straighten them back. As for full body work outs you should really get FitTV if you dont have it they have some great workouts on there, especially Gilads full body work out, you can also buy his tapes. Tae-bo also works well. ]
