Hi, if your concerned about your peried then I suggest you go to your local Family Planning clinic. They will be able to give you advice on perieds or any other topics around puberty and sex you might be concerned about. Check them out, if not then go and see your Docter. Your Mother would be good to talk to about these issues. Daniel.

Lots of things can make you irregular, like nutrition and stress. Clearly you can't be pregnant so just make sure you are eating right and keeping your life as stress free as possib;e. If you miss another one, it could be a symptom of an illness so I would check with my doctor. One miss period isn't anything to be concerned about though.

haven't hads sex in 9 months huh? honestly you shouldn't have sex till your married but with todays youth it's hard to teach some moral vaule. Anyway i don't think it's anything really to be worried about cause if you where pregnet you woulda had your child right now. Periods are random so you should just sit tight, im pretty sure nothing bad is going to happen. ^^

If you havnt had sex in over nine months then dont worry about it :]

Ive skipped a month before but it should go back to its normal cycle in the next month or to.

Hope I helped. ps: if it doesnt go back to normal in a couple months, see a doctor!

Don't see a doctor yet. If a few more months go by and you haven't had it, THEN it's time to see a doctor because you may have polycystic ovarian syndrome. Especially if you show other symptoms of it.

If I tried to tell you everything about PCOS, I'd be typing for a few hours atleast. So just visit the website I'm going to put at the bottom.

If this is the case, don't worry. You're not alone (I have it!)

If you haven't been sexually active, just wait it out. You probably just missed a month. It isn't unheard of. :)
