weight loss (i will rate high)

does anybody have any ideas of how i can loose like 25 pounds before June 19th!
15 on my legs and 10 on my stomach.
I have a pageant, and i really need help.
I have been going to the gym, but it isnt really working for as fast as i am wanting it to.
Please Help!

Loosing 25lbs by June 19th is flat out impossible. In addition, it is not possible to control where the weight comes off specifically on your body.

Take the Special K challenge? That might help a little. Go to their website and it'll tell you all about it.
You could also put on some music and dance until you faint. It's fun ;]

You can't pick and choose where you lose weight. You will not lose 25 lbs before 6/19 and as far as the gym not working like you want it to...that's all your fault since you did all the work. Sorry just isn't happening no matter what anyone is going to say.

well, you cant really lose weight on just your legs, or just your stomach- you can tone them up- by running(good for both your abs and your stomach)- or regular sit-ups- they work like magic for me. but no, when you lose, or gain weight- it generally starts in your face, and moves downward the more you lose.
