Author in a pickle...

Question Posted Monday June 5 2006, 3:17 am

So it's not so much a pickle of what to do, moreso this character needs a last name that isn't ordinary but not unheard of and unpronouncible.

Kathryn Jade

But I have the imagination for plot, not namesake.

schlichtinator answered Monday June 5 2006, 1:08 pm:
What kind of backround does the character have? Anything German might work, as most people are familiar with the pronounciations, they just aren't common. Something like "Schlichter" or "Schleub," you know? Bugenhagen.
