I hate having to worry bout my period starting while I'm at a friends. I was wondering how can find out the date of when your period is supposed to start? also how do you know when your ovulating?

I can generally tell when I'm about to get my period, but this handy dandy calendar comes in handy when I forget to mark something on a calendar:
