Really sick I'm in really bad pain. My head is stuffed up, so is my nose. I've been achey all over, my head hurts. I've been so cold, yet so hot at the same time. I also have no appetite and my throat is killing me, feels like I have a ball in the back of my throat. I'm light headed and dizzy, I don't now what's wrong. Do you? Please help.

It's either a cold, strep, allergies, or a sinus infection. Take some advil or cold medicine...if nothing works it's probably a sinus infection. Even if you can't go to the doctor, sometimes they can diagnose you over the phone.
Also, the dizziness could be from not eating so try to force something down, even if it's just a smoothie. ]

Rest. Rest. Rest. sounds like you have the flu, fever maybe, etc. what you need to do is take advil or motrin, drink some 7up or something, and sleep. even if you can't sleep just lay in bed or on your coach with a movie or something and rest. xoxo helpachick. get better soon! ]
it sounds kind of like the flu. i'd recommend going to the doctor. make sure to get plenty of rest and drink plenty of fluids. ]
You probably have the flu. Make sure you drink lots of water and get lots of sleep. If your throat is really bothering, you should probably go in for a throat culture, to check if you have strep. Feel better and hope this helps.

you probably have the flu. in any case, you should go to the doctor. she/he will probably be able to give you medicine that can claer all that up. if not, try dayquill or something.

Ok... what you're talking about sounds like the general bug that's been going around. I have it even, I feel a bit the same way right now. It looks like a cold, to me... But along with that a light flu. That's as best I can guess...
What I would do about it is get liquids in you. If you dehyrate yourself, you're going to be in a lot worse shape than you are. If you don't feel like drinking water, get some ginger ale, but stir it to get some of the carbonation out so it doesn't bother your stomach. Some vitamin C and echinacea will go a long way as well. But the most important thing by far is REST. Stay away from foods that will bother your throat, too. Dairy tends to build up mucus, so I would stay away from milk and ice cream.
It should go away in a couple days, these things always do. But until it does, take it easy. Rest up, and make sure you don't dehydrate yourself.
