Wild means doing things that are shocking to some. Crazy means you had too much sugar and are running around like you got your head chopped off. It also can me someone with mental problems.

Take both as a compliment (a nice thing.)

Wild people don't follow the rules. They tend to rebel a lot.

Calling someone crazy would mean that they're insane, or they're doing something no one else would.

Each word can be used in many different terms. I guess the definition depends on how you say it.

Generally, if you call someone wild, you're just saying that one follows his or her own path. They don't conform to the rules as much... they might be a little rebellious.

Crazy can have negative undertones. If you call someone crazy, you might think they're unreasonable and in extreme cases mentally insane. "Wild" does not imply this.

From dictionary.com

Wild: Lacking regular order or arrangment; disarranged. Lacking supervision or restraint. Disorderly.

Crazy: Possessed by enthusiasm or excitement. Affected with madness or insanity.

Hopefully I helped?
