i have 2 probs please help!!

ok well i have a temper problem and i tend to get frustrated and moody and annoyed over the smallest things reeeeeeeeeeeeally easily.

how do i get over this and what do i take it out on????

also, my family is really nosy and always wants to talk to me and wont let anything go, but im getting reaaaaaaaly annoyed of them

i just cant stand them!!!!!ughhhh

what do i do to talk to them the least i can but not have them get mad or jus keep talkn to me more??

plzzzzz helppp!!!!

Turn on some pounding music on your ipod/diskman/whatever and go for a jog or just dance around your house! Punching your pillow works too!
But on a longterm basis , try work out whats bothering you thats MAKING you irritable. stressed about school?friends?family?
then address the root problem in order to find a lasting solution.
Next time something annoying happens,take a deep breath and count to ten and think again!or instead of counting picture yourself in a blue bubble (or any colour you find relaxing)... this way you can divert arguments before they get out of hand .hope this helps!

ok all these small anger problems are easy to solve
*try karate or any thing physical join a gym buy a punching bag take out all your anger
*meditate
light a candle(scented)sit in the middle of your room and buy one of those soothing sounds cds and shut down your brain and dont think of anything
*put your face into a pillow and yell as loud as you possiblly can (but you might loose your voice)
*write in a diary,poems,songs that helps me a lot yeah it sounds stupid but if no one sees them their you precious and own inner most thoughts and they really mean alot
find a hobby something youre good at anything to distract you from your anger ART thats cool it also helps Me big time!!!!!!!!!
or maybe you have PMS I dony know

i think you should see a couselour or a theropist or something because maybe you have anger issues.. not to be mean or anyting its not a bad thing to have them maybe you just need help i mean i have friends who have anger problems, and who cares ? well hope i helped =]

whoa. i know exactly how you feel!!
well this might sound kind of weird but
1) are you a girl and 2) do you have your period?
you might be pms-ing..lol
well if your not, here are some suggestions:
try to get some alone time, or write your feelings down, i know it sounds weird but it works. or if you really feel awful and want to cry, go in the shower, sing and cry your heart out!!
just do anything that you like to do, maybe go for a run or something.

i have a very bad temper problem to.. mine got to be so bad that i had many charges put on me and have been arrested. i now know that i am bipolar... if your temper gets to be way out of hand and you cannot control it you should talk to a counselor/doctor/thearpist and they may be able to give you some advice and even put you on a medication for it.

take your anger out by yelling, removing yourself from the situation, or something you may have as a hobby (sports, dance, writting, art, etc.) just try not to get physical (with anyone or anything) because that will only end you in bigger problems.

As for your parents being nosey (what parents aren't??) let them know that it is bothering you and that you would wish they respect your privacy. Parents will always seem nosey no matter what they are doing, somethings you just have to deal with. However, talk to them if it really starts to bother you.
