ok well i have a temper problem and i tend to get frustrated and moody and annoyed over the smallest things reeeeeeeeeeeeally easily.

how do i get over this and what do i take it out on????

also, my family is really nosy and always wants to talk to me and wont let anything go, but im getting reaaaaaaaly annoyed of them

i just cant stand them!!!!!ughhhh

what do i do to talk to them the least i can but not have them get mad or jus keep talkn to me more??

Turn on some pounding music on your ipod/diskman/whatever and go for a jog or just dance around your house! Punching your pillow works too!
But on a longterm basis , try work out whats bothering you thats MAKING you irritable. stressed about school?friends?family?
then address the root problem in order to find a lasting solution.
Next time something annoying happens,take a deep breath and count to ten and think again!or instead of counting picture yourself in a blue bubble (or any colour you find relaxing)... this way you can divert arguments before they get out of hand .hope this helps!

Ok, so there is this guy that I really like and he knows that I like him and about 5 or 6 months ago I asked him out and he said that he would think about it and he never gave me an answer. its very difficult to get over someone so allow yourself time to heal.if you need to cry,cry . what he said about you was very cruel. you deserve so much better and dont worry - soon you will see that to. for the moment,stay with the pain and soon you will feel it get less and less day by day! good luck!


Ok well this year i've had quit a few boyfriends and like i mean ive kissed them all and i was never really nervous about it but my current boyfriend im kinda like nervous or i just get wierd feeling about kissing and idk why it diffrent and tommrow i think he is going to make the first move and i mean im not saying i wouldnt want to kiss or anything it just i fell wierd doing it with him and idk y =/

if you're not comfortable with kissing him you don't have to. butterflies are normal and fun and exciting! maybe ,though, you dont want to with this boy at this point in time and thats ok. but if you do want to - go for it! you'll be fine!


I have a really huge problem.

Anytime I ever see a picture of myself, I feel so sick and I want to cry because I look so awful. I know I'm not beautiful but the way I look in pictures is so hideous compared to the way I look when I see myself in the mirror. And it's destroying me emotionally. My friend took a picture of me last night and brought it to school this morning and showed it to me and I had to run to the bathroom and cry because I was so upset. I already have so much trouble with self-esteem and this isn't helping. I don't know what to do. I've spoken to my mom but she's gotten so tired of hearing me talk bad about myself that she just ignores me.

I'm not sure what I'm asking for, here, but I'd like some advice on how to deal with this. I'm starting to consider platic surgery and this problem with my looks has become an obsession. What do I do? (link)
i sometimes used feel that way too and guess what my mom reacted that way too. But i spoke to my school guidance counsellor and i realised my looks werent the real problem, maybe your self esteem issues are related to another problem. It could be worth finding out. Also ,this may sound kind of silly but it always cheered me up to have a nice hair cut or maybe a manicure or something. Make sure you drink 2 litres of water today and get 5 pieces of fruit/veg a day and do 30 mins excercise 3 times a week (a brisk walk maybe), if your healty and fit, you're far more likely to have a good body image. I am NOT sugesting you lose weight but if you have lots of energy you'll be happier. Im not into mush but i truly believe everyone is beautiful, you just have to convince yourself its there and you'll see it!good luck!


ok... i have a boyfriend.. and we have been dating for like a year and a half.. he started to act a little funny around me.. and i found out that his parents are fighting and thinking about goin their on ways..

Your bf is going through a tough time and its important that you're there for him in his time of need. Maybe talk to him and let him know you're there for him. As for this other guy,think of it this way :what would you gain if you broke up with your bf for him? theres no way to tell for sure would it work out. Both you and your bf could end up unhappy. You have to ask yourself what you would lose and gain by staying with your bf. I often get restless in relationships but it can be so rewarding to do the hard thing and commit. I hope it works out for you!
