It means that they have a lot to say about everything. They always just say what they think or feel, not really minding what other people think. It also means they can be very critical or controversial. Hope this helps!

Outspoken is saying whatever you feel or think without regard for the consequences. It is frank, honest and direct. It can be a good thing as it is generally a true response. However, some people who may be feeling fragile might not take it too well. So it is usually best to judge a situation as to when it is appropriate to be outspoken and when to be diplomatic.
Hope that helps.

To be outspoken is to be frank, blunt, and unreserved when you speak.

Bascially saying whatever is on your mind without sugar coating it and always being honest even if it might hurt someone else.

In my opinion, being outspoken is a good thing. People just tend to think it isn't.

when you`re outspoken.. this means if you have something to say you`re not just going to hold it in you`re going to come right out and say it. and it`s not a bad thing, it`s actually a good thing because if you hold things in then it hurts.. hope i helped =]
