i've been wondering this for a while. you know how they say dinosaurs were extinct before people came around, but in the bible doesnt it say that adam & eve were born on one of the 7 days of creation?or was that after? i dunno, im confused lol

Remember, the bible may be the words of God, but men wrote it. There might be just as many holes in the Bible as there are holes in science right now. Personaly, I find that the world makes more sense when you combine the theroies of the Bible and science. Think about it. How come the Bible explains why the universe is, but is somewhat lacking in explaining how the universe is, while science seeks to answer How the universe works, but has no answer to Why the universe is?

well the theory of dinosaurs used to be shunned by the church when they were first being discovered in America. Then later on we come to find that the dinosaurs were most thought to have become extinct due to a meteor shower or something of the such. but the in the beginning of time, according to the bible, some prophets (S.A.W.) lived to be like 400-900 years old. so my cousin asked me once if it was possible if they measured time differently then, for example a day could have been years? so just a theory but maybe the dinosaurs were created after man but were scientifically put in the wrong time eras.

A lot of things in the Bible conflict with scientific knowledge (if you take the Bible literally). That is why a lot of people don't believe everything the Bible says as absolute truth, it's up to you to believe whatever you wish though.

okay i had a CCD class & they said that dinosaurs were definately before people & aren't in the old testament, because well they're before it. they say that God made the world in 7 days, but it isn't 7 days our time. they aren't quite sure but it's actually much longer than that. here's an example. maybe dinosaurs were made on the 5th day while man was made on the 6th. make sense?? it's not actually days as in 24 hours & stuff. it's a lot different in that time period.
