I have a non family member my sons girlfriend has been selling crack out of my house she has done a alot of damage to my sons life she has been arrested for selling crack whatcharges can i file against her for damgeing the life of my son please help iam a white 65 year old lady my son is 45 and his girlfriend is 60 and on disabilty

You need to give them all the boot right out of your house. If she is caught selling drugs out of your house or if it is suspected she is, the cops will come rip your house apart looking.
Then you could get arrested right along with the rest of them.
You could go to the police. Tell them what is going on and ask them what to do about it.
I would make them all leave your house though as soon as possible.

Wow, ok go to the police station and file a report to evict her from your house. -OR- talk to the drug agents at the police department and tell them about this woman, that she is using YOUR HOME to run drugs. Perhaps they can set her up and that'll get her out of your life, and your son's.

Evict her out of YOUR house, call the police and have her arrested, tell your son that you want him out of your house if he doesnt agree with your decisions. May I ask why your 45 year old son is living with you and doesnt have his own place?

Well Honestly if you don't like her that much an out to get her, then I would go to the police department an file an police report. And as soon as you file that make sure its confidential an they will run tests on her im pretty sure!!
