(Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.) But your parents have to be on the account with you until your old enough (around 18)and they have to co-sign the paperwork. x3candiigrl answered Tuesday May 2 2006, 10:38 pm: every bank allows kids of any age to have an account to keep their money. You just need a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to sign the bond, and i think you need that same person if you want to get your money back out.
karenR answered Tuesday May 2 2006, 10:21 pm: I do believe almost every bank will allow a 14 year old to open an account. You may have to have a parents name on it with you until you are 18 for legal reasons of some sort. But you can open an account.
