Hi.

I have had, and still have this problem from time to time. I have thought about it a lot, and this is is what I got....

I think it's muscle ache. I only get this pain after not masturbating for a week or more, as I usualy masturbate atleast every day. If I have a lot of school work or something I dont bother masturbating, but when i get back to it it gives me awful stomach ache.

I think the pain is down to the muscles around the lower abdomen not being tesnsed in the same way as they are during a climax. If you dont masturbate for a week or two the stomach muscles are used little, if at all, during everyday activity. When you climax the muscles are motivated in a way they have not been for a time, and this causes a sort of cramp.

I know it doesnt feel like cramp, but my guess is that these muscle structures are only small as it is, so the pain feels like more of an ache.

What you could do is masturbate everyday for a week, and see if anything changes. If not, then just go back to your normal habit, but if it does, just see if masturbating a little more often helps.

Well, theres my load of crap for the day, I hope it helps.

I dont realy think there is any real problem here, just a normal ache, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Cya

hun, it doesn't harm you is your not doing it in a weird way that could hurt you. It's just for why your so tired you just kinda used up a lot of energy from yourself. That's why you see people naturally fall asleep after sex cause their exhausted. As for your stomach having a little pain that's a bit normal. Don't even worry about it. It's hurts a little when i masterbate too.

ok masturbating shouldnt hurt you... although i wouldnt know for sure. Try talking to a doctor. There could just be something else wrong with you.

Go ask a Doctor.

Masturbation isn't harmful and it should not cause pain, having said that no one here is a doctor and a doctor is the only person who will be able to deduce what is happening to you.

I understand this might be a bit embarrassing for you, but I doubt it will bother your doctor. Doctors aren't there to judge, they are there to heal and they work with the human body all the time, the intimate bits don't bother them.

No, it's not harmful, unless you do it so much (or so roughly) that you give yourself friction burns.

However, unexplained pain is something that you might want to discuss with your doctor, if it's severe or keeps coming back over a long time (weeks, say).

Since you describe your pain as acute and it's been happening for three months, I'd say you should call your doctor.
