I've had this acne around my chin for a long time. Probably for half a year or probably longer.. Is there anyway I can get rid of it? What are some good products to make them get white heads?
And also, is there any acne scar fading products? if yes, what are some good ones?
I've had really bad acne..and the scars are bothering me..

mmmmmmm answered Tuesday April 25 2006, 3:15 pm: start washing your face at least twice a day. a really good product for acne and acne scars is acne free. you can find it at any target or walmart.
Avari answered Tuesday April 25 2006, 10:51 am: There are several prescription drugs you can get from your demetologist. Acutane is what I use for my acne (it works wonders on me) and Rentin-A works pretty good. Most of the over the counter products work, but they don't wrok nearly as well as what you would get from a doctor. You know, toothpaste actually works REALLY well, if it's the baking soda kind. I reccomend, if you're on a budget or something, get a tube of baking soda toothpaste and put a tiny little dollop of toothpaste on the zit and let it sit overnight, and wash it off in the morning.
As for scar products, mederma (spelling?) is supposed to work pretty well as a scar softerner. Things like coco butter, shea butter, and products like Aquaphor healing ointment (available at most local pharmacies like CVS) aslo work.

but i can tell you what works
clearisil does nothing!
try panoxyl no.5 but its a bit strong and after a while might dry up your skin depending on how bad your acne is you can get it at your chemist
or... witch hazel this stuff works magic!big w sell it but i dont know where else you could find it
and last but not least bitter orange astringent toner which you could find in the body shop or something like that
the scars should eventually fade but i dont know of anything that can help it
