You need a good protein conditioner and a moisturising shampoo. Then if you straighten or blow dry your hair you should use a serum to protect it from the heat. When you have the time you could use a hot oil treatment or wash and towel dry your hair, massage in the protein conditioner, comb gently through, wrap cling film round your head then a warm towel, leave it for 15 minutes then wash as normal.
Don't ever drag a comb or brush through your hair as this will cause it to split more. If your hair knots, work on it from the bottom to the top.
If you still need to get rid of the frizz after all this, you could try John Freida Frizzease, the range is designed for frizzy hair and works extremely well if you follow the instructions carefully. He also does a protein conditioner. Avoid extremes of weather touching your hair where possible as this will have a drying effect. You should end up with lustrous, shiny hair. Good luck.

hey. the best thing to do to your hair if it is broken is to get a good quality haircut to get all the dead/ split ends off. ask the hairwasher person can use shampoo and conditioner for extra dry and dammage hair, ask them not to use a straighning iron or a blow dryer with high heat. dont wash your hair everyday, this will cause it to dry out. there are shampoos and conditioners that are made for frizzy and broken. the names that pop into my head are head and shoulders, pantene, and dove. let your hair air dry for a few days so the oils can return. dont straighten your hair or use a blow dryer with high heat again. remember, if your hair got this bad, it can happen again so dont give up this routine unitl you find one that fits you best. hope this helps!! :) ♥ ♥ ♥

Well, once you get your next hair cut, ask your hair stylist all the questions you have.

Till then, you need to wash your hair everyday with a great hair product..one that works for you.

get haircuts regularly and dont damage it by straightening it or curling it... anything invloving a lot of heat on your hair. if you want to or have to straighten it or something, buy some protecting gel. Ask a hairdresser to suggest some types for your specific hair
