ALN424 answered Thursday April 13 2006, 11:50 am: don't be scared at all, it's very simple. just always be smiling nicely, (don't overdo it), and they'll probably ask you what jobs you've had, what your best characteristic is, what your worst characteristic is, and what kind of a worker you are. obviously you can't answer these questions in full honesty, so you have to sugar coat your answers a little bit, by explaining that you're a good worker with a good work ethic, and stuff like that. good luck with the interview!

ForfeitYourDream answered Tuesday April 11 2006, 7:54 pm: They could throw a variety of questions at you. The best thing you can do to prepare is to have *1* main idea and stick to it, it'll make the questions easier to answer.
If you're still nervous, they may ask you:
Why do you want this job?
What can you provide for us?
What are your qualifications?
Do you have past experience?
Name 3 good qualities about you
How do you handle other people?
Be sure to answer the questions HONESTLY. They don't want a liar, they want a real person who can provide a good quality for their business
duudee_advicer answered Tuesday April 11 2006, 7:39 pm: They may ask you questions like ..
- If you've had a real job ( even though you havent)
- Why should they hire you?
- What good qualities do you possess?
- How you will handle customers that are pains?
Just those types of questions.
All the ice cream places around where I live (Marble Slab, Cold Stone) Ask you to sing. This is becuase all the workers sing when they are working and they get more tips and their happiness supposidly brings in more customers.
xEVYx answered Tuesday April 11 2006, 7:25 pm: At most job interviews will probably be asked if you've had any previous expierience working etc.
other things might be:
-Why should they hire you?
-What makes you qualified for the position?
-Have you ever been fired?
-How do you work under pressure?
-Are you a good leader?
