My computer is not recognizing my camrea as being plugged in. I've loaded pictures before, but lately it just isn't working. I have the correct cord, I plug it in to the correct spot but when I go to "aquire images" the screen informs me that a camrea is not detected and that I should check its connection. Does anyone know what's wrong?!

My computer was doing the same type of thing when I forgot to turn the camera on. If it isn't that, is there a special setting the camera has to be on? If I were you, I would look at an instruction manual that came with it and see if it helps you out a little. Or maybe the batteries are just dying or the software isn't familiar with the camera. I hope one of these suggestions could help you!

If so, you can try reinstalling it. A lot of times, a reinstall will solve the problem. [ ncblondie's advice column | Ask ncblondie A Question ]
