Alright, I'm 13. I've been getting my period for about 6-7 months and it was pretty regular. Well, the time's passed for me. I was supposed to get it about a week ago, but I never had sex (and don't plan to for awhile) so I don't know what's going on.
Since I'm still kinda new to the whole period thing, I'm a little freaked out. Help me?
Additional info, added Thursday March 16 2006, 8:54 pm: Thanks guys, I knew it's normal to be irregular, I just got freaked out since it had been basically coming around the same time. :) Thanks for the reassurance.
It's VERY normal to jump around the months.
Personally, I'm always right on time.
But i've had many talks wtih my mom and my sisters who are quite older than me and experiences the whole period buisness for a long time now.
It happens.

xoMarisox answered Thursday March 16 2006, 7:07 pm: You are completely fine. Period patterns are different for everyone. This one just may be a little late you it's just irregular. It will change a lot in your life time. Don't worry about it and be thankful you don't have it right now! :] [ xoMarisox's advice column | Ask xoMarisox A Question ]
MissNiceness answered Thursday March 16 2006, 5:44 pm: I got my period when I was 12. I think it took until age 15 when it started coming regular. I remember going 3 months and not having a period; and then when it did come it would last 2 weeks. It's normal. If you are not having sex, you have almost zero risk of pregnancy. Notso answered Thursday March 16 2006, 4:49 pm: while it is normal to be irregular for the first little bit, it could be due to stress, or weight gain or loss that your period is late. Just don't worry about it being late, because that won't help things along! [ Notso's advice column | Ask Notso A Question ]
xcheerbabex108 answered Thursday March 16 2006, 3:19 pm: Completely normal. At first, I was like that too. Actually I was like that for...about a year and a half. I've missed up to two months before. No biggie. Nothing to worry about, kiddo. {Andd, I just love to hear that you're 13 and not having sex :)}
t0xicParadiSe answered Thursday March 16 2006, 2:27 pm: Hey, don't worry about it sweety.
This is completly normal.
Since you just got your period a while ago it is irregular meaning it may sometimes come a few days or even a week earlier then expected or a few days or a week later then expected.
