You pull the string && also take your time while doing this..

Relax while doing this so it isn`t too uncomfortable && you also can read the directions on the box to help you out some..

If you're pulling and it doen't seem to be coming out, try changing your body position to change the angle of your vagina - e.g. put one foot up on the toilet seat, or crouch down, or arch your back or something. Just see what works for you. Take a deep breath and pull. Once it has started moving it gets easier, starting it moving is the most difficult bit.

You know that little peace of string that's on the bottom of the tampon? Well find it and grab it and then pull it out.

just simply pull the string, but you should wair a bit before talking it out because if it hasn't absorbed anything, it could hurt a bit.

pull. but wait at least two hours, cause if you try to take it out dry, things could get weird.
