Just another face in the crowd
I really really like this guy Adam. We talk sometimes but usually if we do its a short conversation. We were getting really close until a few people told him I liked him and that I was telling people we were going out ( WHICH WAS A LIE) and I cleared that whole thing up but now he hardly talks to me unless I say something first and I hate having to force my way into a conversation. He just looks at me like the ackward silenced girl; usually I'm REALLY outgoing and Ive never had trouble getting guys but this guy is so much harder and I really really like him. How do I flirt with him; we never speak?!?!

maybe hes afraid that you dont like him since" you cleared that up " so now he probaly feels akward , dont feel so weird around him try to get it back to old times bring up some memories .

you should probably try and confront him about the whole again. see how he feels toward you about the whole thing and yell at that person who told him that stuff and messed up your relationship with him. just try and be his friend again, and if he really seems to feel ackward around you then give him sometime.

I think you should ask him out, maybe now that he knows you like him hes nervous about asking you since you were so open about liking him (i know even though you never said any of that, guys have a hard time getting certain things through their thick head!). Dont just flat out ask him out, talk to him, even if he wont start the cnversations, just ask him about him, dont talk so much about you unless he asks or its neccessary. this way he'll see that you actually care for him, once you notice him loosening up ask him out! dont be nervous just go for it, and if it doesnt work out it'll be a learning experience, plus you will have overcome the fear a lot of girls have over asking a guy out themselves! good luck and tell me how it goes!

So, if you really do like him and you wanna go out w/ him just talk. if he wont talk to you then.. what can you do? have your friends get his attention, write him a note or email.. or just dont think about him. if hes that much of a loser to not talk to you because of a rumor than hes deff. not worth it. if he stares at you just pretend you dont see him and flirt when you get the chance.
