A hair test can show long term hair use, provided the hair hasn't been all off in four years.

No way. If you got high at age 14 & finally took the test at 18, then there`s no way that it will show up. Impossible.

you can take a piss test to see if you did it like up to a month ago, and you can take a hair follicle test and that shows if you've done it up to a year. but i dont know of anything that would show if you've done it like 4 years ago. k.

I know some drugs can show up in a drug test for awhile after you used them, but none last four years. don't worry. :]

oh and don't eat poppyseed bagels before a drug test. it'll say you're an opium addict. Just an FYI if you didn't know already! lol
