Habits I havce 3 morbid, discusting habits, And i need help on stopping them.
- I forget to wash my hands after using the bathroom. Gross, How can i remeber to wash them?
-I chew on pens I literally take them apart and chew on different pieces and usally end up with no pens, its sad. How can i stop?
-And i can never remeber to flush the toliet.
And thats gross to.
Help me with theese horrible habits!

you can always put up signs on the back of your bathroom door, so once you're ready to leave, it'll remind yourself to wash your hands. also, above the toilet you can say "FLUSH".. after you get use to this routine, you will grow accustomed to it and it'll become a good habit. about the pen.. i have nothing to say about that because i would have never thought of a habit like that. haha but you can always practice using a wooden pencil so you wont have anything to take a part. and u can work your way up to a pen. ]

Well habits are something you can overcome very easliy. For habit number 1, washing your hands after using the bathroom thats simple.Put yourself a note on the soap, so everytime you come in the bathroom and leav the bathroom the note with catch you eye and remember that you have to wash your hands.(i had a habit that was something like that, i would always always leave my straightner on so my mom wput this note up there and it helped me out, and now i turned my straightner off everyday) okay back to your problems. Now for your second problem get mints or gum and keep it with you and whenever you have the erge to chew on your pen caps take out a gum or mint. And the last habit forgetting to flush teh toliet, but a note on the toliet seat, adn also the flusher handle. Everytime when you put the toliet seat up and down you will always see it.Well im very sorry that was so long and i hoped that helped

-Buy a soap that smells really good & write your name on it, so they know it's yours, and it'll make you wanna wash your hands, because it'll smell good.
-Whenever you feel like biting on your pens, put gum in your mouth. Trust me, it'll work. My mom told me that's how she got over biting her nails.
-And for this, just think about it. Flush & go. It's not so hard and it takes a split second.

Habit 1) Buy yourself some nicely scented soap, the smell of which you find really addictive. Tell your family that this soap is yours exclusively, and only use it to wash your hands.
2)I'm not sure about this one-I feel you because I had the same habit for years, lol. I think that it just goes away of itself, but you could always try telling yourself "I could die a brief but gruesome death by asphixiation if I swallow this". Just a thought.
3)Just flush the d*mn thing! I wonder about these bathroom habits. Is it you have a large family and you always feel rushed in the bathroom? If so, then stand your ground. You need to take your time in any case-rushing bathroom time is bad for both physical and psychological health.

hey, like ehmagod are you me or what? well what i do is buy like the foamy soap so you want to wash your hands like to make it a little fun you know. for the pen problem but something gross on the end like vineagar. and flushing the toliet you jsut gotta think " flush and go " ♥ cait ]
