Pain is the bodies’ way of telling you something is wrong, it should not be ignored. Asking non-professionals to make a medical diagnosis is like asking a bus driver to fly a 747. The results are not going to be pretty.
You need to tell your parents what is wrong and how long it has been going on. Let them make the decision as to whether they need to take you to the doctor or if they should consult with the doctor by phone. Never hide medical problems from your parents or try to cure yourself with over the counter medications without parental supervision. Doing so is just asking for trouble at your age.
Just a side note; we parents are not the enemy. Our main purpose in life is to raise our children and to look after their well being while doing so. It may seem to you that we are smothering you while doing so. The problem here is that it is hard for most of us to realize our babies are growing up. Suggestion, my kids used this on me, talk calmly with your parents and remind them that you are now an adolescent and need to spread your wings a bit. Tell them they have raised you to understand right from wrong and you promise to try and not let them down if they will allow you a little freedom.

But here you are giving as little information as "my lower right side hurts" and expect us to tell you why it hurts.
It's kind of like saying, "Hey, I live somewhere on Earth. Tell me where my house is." It's impossible in every way, lol.
Anyway, like I said before, it could be many things--such as PID, appendicitis, hernia, or just simple muscle strain (just to name a few)--there's no way for us non-doctor to know for sure. Go check with your doctor. But if within one day (1 day), the pain gets to the point where it hurts so much that you can barely walk, just go straight to the hospital (because it could be appendicitis).
steph2k10 answered Friday August 7 2009, 10:36 pm: you need to go to the doctor immediately, it could be your appendix, but none of us here are medical professionals. Stop looking for online advice and get it checked out by a doctor.
none of us here want to hear of anything bad happening to you. please get some real help.
