I would recommend purchasing some shampoo/conditioner for Dry or Damaged hair. It will replenish the oils in your hair and make it moist again.

well, you could from now on stop dyeing it, and use some of that healing shampoo like on the commercials. hope it helps

You can still straighten your hair but BE SURE to put in heat-treat before you start to use your flat iron. Don't use Pantene shampoos, they're cheap and have a lot of chemicals in them. Use Sebastian Laminates, Biosilk, Silky Sexy Hair, or KMS Silker. Those are really good hair products that make hair soft and smooth.

Honestly, you don`t HAVE to straighten your hair, you just do so because you WANT to. And your going to lose hair if you straighten your hair. You`ll become like..bald [no joke.] You need to stop straightening your hair so much. Straightening your hair heckkaaa damages your hair & it burns it, so that is bad.

Go to a salon near you & ask for something that you can use to put in your hair that won`t really damage it. Try changing shampoos, too. I heard Pantene makes you lose hair because of all the chemicals in it, so I don`t really reccommend Pantene if it`s true.

I know a girl jsut like you and she is balding becuase of all the damage. Try not straightening it as often OR Instead of straightening try blowing it out. Also try getting an intense moisture treatmant from the salon. If that is too expensive i would also recommend that biosilk thing. Also don't dye it for a while and trim your ends often. Soon it will be healthy again. Good luck!

I straighten my hair regularly, as well, and I use a product called Biosilk, which you should be able to get at any store that specializes in hair and makeup products - I suggest Sally's.

It's somewhat expensive but it's a professional product and it really helps to soften your hair and defend it from damage due to excessive exposure to heat.

You could also look for special shampoos and conditioners that are made to reconstruct or treat your hair from damage. And there are all kinds of heat protection sprays that are made specifically for your hair while using a straightener. Beyond Zone 'Turn Up the Heat' spray is really good for that, especially if you're using a heavy duty straightener like the chi.

You really can't reverse that kind of damage. Different products say that they can but they don't help. All they do is make your hair less dry and some keep split ends down. That's all they do. Nothing can reverse damage.

All you can REALLY do is get frequent hair cuts and wait till it grows back out.

What kind of stuff do you put in your hair? Things that will help (moisturize and keep frizzies/split ends down) are hot oil treatments, frizz serums, and moisturizer shampoo (like Dove).

Good luck with that and don't dye your hair too much anymore.
