heyy so i want to like edit my pictures so their like super cool and was just like wondering if their was anything like paintshop thats like free that i could use? thank ya
Gimp is an image editor much like paintshop that you can use to edit your photos. It's a little harder to get used to and it's not quite as efficient as photoshop or paintshop but it's free and once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple.

he wants to please me.. but he doesnt want to recieve from me. he is waaayyy to nice (opens MY car door when I drive)... we try to do stuff physically and he always is giving to me (without me even asking). but when i try to give to him, he will stop me and say that he doesnt need that from me... just being with him makes him happy. i feel like he's not attracted to me or something (im pretty good looking as he says), but he swears he is & emotionally i know he's attracted to me. even with intercourse he will get soft & have to stop. is he gay because he doesnt want anything from me?! (i know that NO guy would pass up an offer by a girl). am i not pleasing him? i dont know what to think or do!!
I don't know that he's gay, necessarily, but I do think this is something that you should bring up with him. Don't outright ask him if he's gay because, whether he is or he isn't, the subject is likely to be a defensive issue for him.
Just sit him down and tell him that you feel like he isn't attracted to you and that it's hurting you. Don't get angry at him, let him know that you care about him regardless. Talking it out will help more than anything else.
If he is gay, as much as you care about him and as hurt as you may be by it, don't get angry. Be there for him as best you can. Coming out is a painful, terrible thing - especially to loved ones. He obviously cares about you so just have his back.
i'm in ninth grade and i started my period in 6th grade. i still haven't used a tampon yet. i know people that just started their period, like, a week ago and they are already using a tampon. i guess i'm kind of scared to put it in.. i tried a couple times, but didn't go through with it. should i just suck it up and do it? does it hurt? is there any chance that i, like, won't be able to put it up there? i'm just scaredddd. any advice?
Whether or not you should do it is up to you. I personally prefer tampons because they're less mess and they don't need to be changed as often. Plus you don't feel like you're wearing a diaper.
It may hurt a little the first time you try to get it in (and back out) but it won't be too bad. Usually tampon boxes will come with instructions and diagrams on how to use a tampon and that should help a lot.
A few things I suggest, though - do not try to put a tampon in when you're not on your period. And when you're putting the tampon in, as the directions will probably say, make sure you push it all the way in - and if you feel something stopping it before you get it all the way in, just move it around a little and it should slide in easier. Getting it in all the way ensures that when you're wearing it and when you take it out, it won't be as uncomfortable as it would otherwise be.

Of course, don't feel pressure to use a tampon just because everyone else does. Tampons may not be for you. If you have a particularly light flow, pads may be a better option for you. It totally depends on how you feel.
My hair is really frizzy and thick and it takes me 2-3 hours to straighten it everyday!! Im thinking about having it perfesionly straightened! do you no if it works? does it ruin your hair?
I had my hair straightened with the Chi system and the hair that's straightened remains straight forever - although your hair will grow out curly so you'll have to get it retouched every six months or so, depending on your own hair. It also helps immensely to use the Chi products to keep your hair healthy and using a straightener makes it even more manageable. It doesn't ruin your hair if you take care of it.

i need to get my nails done and my toenails done. I'm gonna buy fake full acrylic nails for my finger nails, but then I don't know what to do with my toenails? I need to make them longer and i want to have like a french manicure look. I was thinking about buying acrylic nails for them too and just gluing them on my whole toenail but i don't know it thats smart or not. What shoudl i do? Any place that sells do-it-yourself plastic nails for your fingers should also sell fake nails that are shaped specifically for your toenails. Just look around in that section of the store and you'll find them. I know for a fact that they're sold in Wal-Mart and Target.

Specifically, as far as Postal Service is concerned, I would highly suggest anything by Death Cab For Cutie, because the two bands are fronted by the same guy (Ben Gibbard) and sound, essentially, very similar.

There are these kids on my bus and they talk about things that are just egregious like “hanging all of the n****r*”, “shooting all of the f*g*”, and lighting living animals on fire and watching them suffer. How can I let them know that this behavior/ talk is unacceptable? I don’t care where you come from, this behavior is insane. It makes me feel uncomfortable and upset. There is an African-American boy on my bus and it is just so terrible to watch all of this happen in front of him. These kids are about 12 to 14. I didn’t know that people could be so wicked at all, let alone so young. How can I handle this situation??

I think it's ridiculous that people are telling you not to do anything because these boys are entitled to free speech. There's a fine line between free speech and harassment, even if it's indirect.
Young children are very susceptible to influence by their parents and by certain people to whom they mold themselves throughout the community. Although what these boys are doing is extremely out of line, as far as common courtesy and public behavior are concerned, I doubt that there's very much you can do to remedy the situation. You could speak to a school official, a counselor, or your parents but because these boys most likely picked up this behavior from their parents and because it's very unlikely to change until they realize that it's wrong, confronting them in any way probably won't result in anything but belligerence and possibly even more of that behavior.
I would suggest finding another way home or even sitting as far away on the bus as you can from these boys. You could talk to the African American boy on your bus and try to make him a little more comfortable. Just striking up a conversation with him would probably help ease his tension because I'm sure their behavior offends him just as much, if not more, as it does you.

Go to the picture, and select "send picture" (like you're going to send it in a text message), and then when you come to the screen where you enter who you're sending it to, select "one time entry" (or whatever yours says) and put in your email address instead of someone's number. That's how I get pictures from my phone to the computer, it may not work with your phone.

Usually, I can sing as high as D6, but in these past few days, I could barely sing higher that B5. I don't know what's happening. Is it possible for someone's range change all of a sudden? I'm a little scared. Can anyone explain or give a theory of why this is happening?
Don't be worried - anything from subtle changes in the weather to mood to a developing sickness can effect your vocal chords. Unless you've done something within the past few days that would be drastic enough to change your range permanently (picking up smoking, for example), I wouldn't worry about it.
My advice to you is to drink plently of water and get plenty of rest - they sound like general health tips but both will keep your vocal chords healthy and strong and diminish the chances of your range being effected by small things like the weather or illnesses. People also suggest inhaling steam, aloe vera juice, and things like tea and honey.
Okay so my boyfriend and I want to go farther and we are thinking about anal sex. I know it's going to hurt and all but all of the people I've talked to said it only hurts for a little bit. ok, my straightener just plain out SUCKS(excuse my language) Its a ceramic hair straightener i got from a store in my mall called essentials. It only goes up to 230 degrees F. I want to get a new one. A CHI straightener. I dont want to order online though. I live in staten island New York, the city. Chi straighteners, depending on size and where you purchase them, can range in price anywhere from $80 to $150.
I'm not sure where in New York you could purchase the straightener but I'm pretty sure you'd be able to find it (or at least information on where to find it) in any beauty supply store or hair salon.

1. It depends on how much you want to pay. I believe the regular iPod goes for $200 and the video for $300 but the shuffle, which holds about a hundred songs, only costs $100.
2. You won't pay less that $100, depending on what kind you're looking for. If someone offers any iPod for cheaper than that, I would steer clear because you don't want to be tricked into buying an iPod that doesn't work.
3. I would look for 'brand new'. Buying a used iPod is a little bit of a gamble, just because it's an electronic device and you never know what could be wrong with it.
4. Absolutely. I love my iPod and I couldn't live without it.

An autistic child will often be inaccessible, or confined to a little shell, and they will sometimes focus on just one thing for a very long time. Depending on how severe the child's autism is, you'll want to engage in calm, quiet activities. Above all, be patient with the child - he/she may be unresponsive to thing you say and may become a little hostile for a very silly reason. Be absolutely sure that you know the child's routine because autistic children respond very well to regularity and he/she will probably be more comfortable with you taking care of him/her if you keep to what he/she is comfortable with.
Keep the phone handy just in case anything happens. I'm not sure that autistic children actually have seizures but that would be a good thing to ask your aunt. My advice, if the child starts seizing, is to clear the area of anything that may hurt the child. Do not, under any circumstances, attempt to restrain the child. Elevate their head as best you can with a pillow or a towel. Your aunt should tell you EXACTLY what to do if this could happen but those are just some good things to know.
