i need to get my nails done and my toenails done. I'm gonna buy fake full acrylic nails for my finger nails, but then I don't know what to do with my toenails? I need to make them longer and i want to have like a french manicure look. I was thinking about buying acrylic nails for them too and just gluing them on my whole toenail but i don't know it thats smart or not. What shoudl i do? I am NOT going to go to a nail salon and get them professionally done so do NOT bring that up. I'm looking for somethign I can buy in stores liek target, kmart, etc. Thank-you.
p.s.
Does anybody know of some really good nail glue that last while you go swimming and has your fake nails stay on for a long time? thnx

You don't want your toenails to be longer- that does not look attractive or well-groomed. You can do it yourself, it's simple. Remove polish, cut, file, buff, apply polish and topcoat.
For your fingernails- even the highest quality and most expensive/eloborate brand of do-it-yourself acrylics ALWAYS come out looking fake and cheap (like "look at that girl, I can't believe she can't even afford to get her nails done and did that instead"). In addition, they might last a maximum of three days- and usually fall off after one or two. I have tried them all, trust me here. If you are trying to save money, skip the fakes and just keep your nails filed and polished, it'll look far better then the fake stuff, even if they are short.
Hope this helped and will save you some time/money/embarasssment. [ Tulipg17's advice column | Ask Tulipg17 A Question ]

Just look around in that section of the store and you'll find them. I know for a fact that they're sold in Wal-Mart and Target. [ FewAndFarBetween's advice column | Ask FewAndFarBetween A Question ]
