heyy i'm 15 and i have brown eyes and a light skin complexion and i was just wondering ..how should i do my make-up and what make-up should use ? i'd REALLY appreciate the help. i rate 5's for good advice! thanks
well, since this seasons hottest makeup look is shimmer, then i have some products that you can use to work with your light skin . first off, you should use a cream shadow on your lids and the inner corners of your eyes to brighten them . try : wet 'n' wild megaeyes cream shadow in 'iced out' ($2 at drugstores.) then, for the cheeks you should dust a silver-flecked pressed powder onto your cheekbones to highlight them subtly . try : m.a.c. iridescent pressed powder in 'delicacy' ($20 in department stores.) and finnally, for the lips, slick on a sheer, glittery gloss for cool-colored sparkly lips . try : maybelline new york wet shine diamonds liquid lip color in 'clear cut diamond' ($7 at drugstores.)
all of these products are silvery, and shimmery silver makeup gives light skin tones a gorgeous, icy look .

Like dark brown eyeliner, a blend of dark and light shades (browns, greens, those dark faded pinks, etc.). A good brand is Physician's formula. You can use eyeliner (dark brown or black or white to make your eyes look more open... idk, but it works) and eyeshadow (browns, greens, pinks), blush (light colors). OK, well don't be afraid to experiment with make up because that's really the best way to see what colors look nice on you. [ vilelove's advice column | Ask vilelove A Question ]
hopelessly_devoted answered Friday February 10 2006, 9:39 pm: ok for your eyes, go for a light pink or neutral brown, maybe with some sparkle, not too much, and not too much pink, because it can look like pink eye. and then simple brown mascara and brown eyeliner (if you dont need both, dont use both) and only use eyeliner on the bottom, and you probably wont want too dark of a blush if any, maybe a vary pale, rosy pink, unless your cheeks are naturally red, and for lips, go with a slightly coloured gloss, unless you think you can pull off a bold lipstick(most teens cant though) and then you should be good, you can vary anything here, these are just suggestions. and you can probably find these colours in N.Y.C. brand makeup, which i LOVE because you can find it at most convenient stores and it is cheap but good, and they have everything, including nailpolish, make-up, applicators, etc.
