it's most likely just a cold sore. some people just get them when they get sick or eat salty food and alot of diffrent things. but it could be that you're allergic to something. it's most likely nothing serious but you should talk to a doctor about it ]
Ask your doctor. What do we know? ]
it could be soemthing or it could be not, i would say to call an appointment and check it out. ]
I wouldnt worry about it I get those all the time normally its from eating something really hot or biting on it it noramlly doesnt go away for a week if it doesnt go away id have it checked out
good luck ]
It's probably a kainker (sp?) sore or a cold sore. If you've ever kissed or shared a drink with someone who gets cold sores it's probably that. Just so you know, if you have a cold sore, that's the Herpes virus, and it might recurr a couple of times a year, but I wouldn't stress over it too much.
Otherwise, if you've been eating a lot of sweet things lately, then it's most likely a sugar pimple.
Either way, it should go away within a few days.
Hope this helps!

i dont think you are illergic to n e thing. i have them all the time. an ulser. dont worry its just from too much sodium. it should go away soon. use ambosol to numb it. ]
you might have just bite your tongue.
It will go away in a few days.
stop messing with it though. ]
its either just a cold sore or your losing one of your taste buds and it will go away in a couple days...avoid salty foods that makes it sting hope i helped!! =) ]
It sounds to me like you've bitten your tongue. It happens to everyone on occasion and it's usually on the side of the tongue, as you said. It swells and stays there for at least few days. Unfortunately, since there is swelling, you are likely to bite it again. Be careful not to (chew on the other side of your mouth if you can), and if it doesn't go away, see a doctor! I'm not sure what else it could be, but I'm no physician so my advice may be incorrect. Hope you feel better! ]
